What Are Your Lust Items For Spring?
Published April 5, 2008 at 9:43 am 9 CommentsI’m about to head out and do a little well deserved shopping. All my hard work in life and at my job has finally paid off. Along with the promotion that I recently got, I’ve also now received two pay raises. This brings my pay to over $3 (USD) more an hour than it was before the promotion! 
I’ve been receiving a lot of praise about my work and work ethic from someone at our store that works for the Home Office of the company. They even told me that they wrote to their bosses about how impressed they have been with me. Yesterday I received my first paycheck and, even though it only covered one week of the new position, the check for 2 weeks of work was for the amount that I made in the average month at my former position. Without sounding too full of myself, I want to say that I really do deserve this. I worked my little booty off and things in life weren’t going so great, especially financially. To me, this is proof that hard work, doing good things, and being a good person really do pay off.
Anyways, before I go out shopping I’ve been browsing stores online. I always like to go into a store with an idea of what I am looking for there. I really want to look at some gladiator sandals, spring scarves, and basic layering tanks and tees. Plus, I could really use new earrings and undies too. I’d also love to take a peek at some shorts, skirts and dresses but won’t be buying any. My legs are no where near ready enough for exposure! I need to be a bit more dedicated to my sunless tanner first. 
Since I have all these ideas of things that I want to look for, I wanted to ask you all some questions about your spring wardrobe. What things that you are really excited to buy or browse for in the stores? What items do you by every spring? Are there any new items that you are considering this year that you haven’t before? New jeans and shoes. I always let my wardrobe go a bit in the winter when I’m not going out and when I do the weather is miserable, so along with spring cleaning I start shopping for new basics. I need more tanks as well.
I love huge jewelry and really want some new big earrings. And I need to find some light but well-insulated zip-ups & cute jackets. I have a couple very light jackets that are worthless to go outside in and then my coat, which I am so sick of wearing.

I also want some gladiator sandals!
I really want the swarovski crystal sunglasses from bebe, but their $139 dollars! I bet they’ll sell out before I get a chance the buy them.
This spring I’d really like to find a nice dress. I never have much luck with dresses, so hopefully I’ll be able to find one this season.

I am looking for cute cruise clothes – specifically, summer dresses that I can dress down or up, shorts (I’m so over the short shorts – love the Bermudas), and cute flip flops (because a Floridian can’t have too many of those!). Enjoy your shopping trip!

As for my spring items, I love floaty tank tops and t-shirts. I went to Hollister the other night and bought a few for myself. They can be worn alone or with a light hoodie so those are my favorite staples, as well as some new sandals!

OooOOh lust items for springs.. I want some colorful headbands (sometimes Old Navy has them with really interesting prints) and I want to find some ballet slipper style flats that do *not* cause my ankles to scream.
I want to buy a lot of thin spring scarves with pretty prints as well.. scarves have been my obsession lately and it’s time to put away my thick winter scarves!
I want to find a colorful bag for spring, that looks expensive (or just quality) but ISNT. the cheap bags these days are so… CHEAP looking and its just really annoying!

i dont really based on season to go shopping cause we only have 2 plain seasons here in my country… but i really need new pair of shoes that i use to work and some shorts cause its hella HOT lately in here..
why do everybody seem like having this gladiator sandals? ive seen it everywhere in the magazine, maybe i need to buy one for myself..
