		<description>What&#039;s sad is that I already know all these, but I still insist on leading an unhealthy lifestyle (I&#039;ve cut down on my alcohol intake, though). I drink A LOT of water a day, I watch what I eat as much as possible, I try to eat healthily etc etc. 

But wow. 5&#039;5&quot; and 100-105 lbs? I wish I were lactose intolerant, too! My housemate is, and she drinks milk sometimes to make her tummy sick and &quot;lose weight&quot; :P</description>

My problem is I love junk food like french fries, thankfully I&#039;m not a big fan of sweets I just love fried salty foods. I never do portions either, I know I need to start watching how much of and what I eat before it catches up with me! Plus, I need my boobs to shrink, they kill my back!</description>

I now sit at your old weight and I wear a size 6 and I&#039;ve realized this (or perhaps a little smaller 125) is my happy healthy weight. 

Diets don&#039;t work and I think that the media only further makes women and men think that there are quick fixes and no need for actual lifestyle changes when in reality it IS a lifestyle. Great blog, and it&#039;s inspired me to write something as well.</description>

Not all kinds of tea stain your teeth. It&#039;s mostly just black tea. I don&#039;t think that herbal teas and green teas stain your teeth. If they do, it isn&#039;t as much as black tea might. But, if you rinse your mouth out with water after you drink it you should be fine. :)

You can steam them. It&#039;s probably the easiest way. In a pot with an inch or less of water, bring the water to a boil, add the greens, put a lid on the pot, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. They cook really quickly, so keep an eye on them! Over cooking can lead to nutrient loss.</description>
