Taylor Swift for Glamour August 2009

I just got the new issue of Glamour in the mail and loved their piece with Taylor Swift. The styling was all very cute and completely spot on for summer. The cover shot of the Taylor Swift for Glamour August 2009 issue featured Dsquared2 jeans, a striped breadandbutter tank, and Lanvin necklace. Not shown in the picture were D&G booties. I love the wash of these jeans and one of my favorite recent purchases is a loose fitting striped tank.

Always a sucker for ruffles, I loved this Dolce & Gabbana blouse. It was put together with J Brand Boutique jeans, Jennifer Fisher necklaces, Cartier earrings, H. Stern cuff, Janis by Janis Savitt bracelets, and Chloe by Hannah Mac Gibbon shoes.

Cropped boyfriend jeans are all the rage this summer. I loved how these Acne jeans were styled with a glittery Lanvin top. Necklace by Vera Wang and shoes by Donna Karan New York. Another favorite trend of mine is blazers. Seriously, if you don’t have one yet, what are you waiting for? You will wear it with everything! I love the embellishment of this Viktor & Rolph blazer. Also pictured are Prada jeans, Lanvin earrings, and bracelets by Tom Binns Design and Made Her Think.

Boyfriend shorts, like these by AG Adriano Goldschmied, are another great trend this summer. They allow you to be casual without showing too much skin. Personally, I think that a longer length destroyed pair of denim shorts is sexier than super tiny cutoffs. Love the longer look but want something a bit more put together?
