Proving that 90′s grunge fashion is definitely on it’s way back in, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen was seen out and about in New York City recently sporting the look. In faded black skinny jeans, a plain white henley tee, black boots, and black leather jacket, she looked both grungy and slightly chic. With her super blonde hair and smuged black liner, all she needs is a bit of red lipstick to look very Courtney Love inspired.
