As a series of posts here, I’ve decided to post some of my fashion icons. Icon number one had to be, of course, the lovely Gwen Stefani. Gwen’s fashion has always amazed me. She wears what she likes, how she likes it, and doesn’t seem to care about what anyone else thinks. Her style is always fun, creative, classy, and elegant. One of my favorite things about Gwen’s style is how unpredictable she is when it comes to fashion. She’s never been afraid to take risks. Whether it be her former signature Bindi, a baby blue fuzzy bikini top, pink hair, bikini tops worn with ties, or glamorous looks reminiscent of film stars of the past. Gwen has fun with her personal style and uses it to express herself. This can be seen through her clothing lines, L.A.M.B. and Harajuku Lovers, as well as through her personal style. L.A.M.B. embodies the classy and elegant side of Gwen’s fashion personality, while Harajuku Lovers captures her casual and funky side. People sometimes forget that fashion is a form of personal expression and art. Thankfully, Gwen Stefani has never forgotten that.
