Recipes : Baked Papaya
A very simple and unique desert. Perfect for when you are craving something sweet but don’t want to over-indulge yourself.
Ingredients :
+ 1 ripe papaya
+ 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
+ 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the skin from the papaya, slice papaya into slices, and lay in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with dabs of frozen orange juice concentrate and ground cinnamon. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
