By now, everyone has tried the nail wrap trend. There are several drugstore and higher end brands offering cute nail wraps in great colors and designs. When NCLA offered to send me some of these limited edition nail wraps, I immediately jumped on the offer. Since I only use vegan products, I’ve been living nail wrap free for a while. I couldn’t wait to try these adorable and vegan nail wraps!

The PETA X NCLA Limited Edition Nail Wraps have a cute twist on the classic hounds-tooth pattern. Instead of just being simple blocks of color, these nail wraps incorporate the PETA Bunny! It really doesn’t get more adorable than that.

I realize that the non-vegan readers might wonder why they should spend $16.00 on nail wraps. Well, aside from 15% of that $16.00 being donated to help animals, you also get a lot more than you will from the drugstore brands. Each package of PETA X NCLA Limited Edition Nail Wraps contains 2 sheets of nail wraps. It’s really easy to trim them down in size as needed to get use from the ones that might not fit your nails.

This picture was taken right after I applied the wraps, but hadn’t finished smoothing them out. Unfortunately, my phone deleted the rest of the pictures that I had taken (Thanks, Droid!!), so I’m not able to show you the finished results. What I can tell you is that I was happy with these nail wraps.

I applied them using a base coat, then applied the nail wraps and filed them to be the correct fit for my nails. Once I was happy with them, I applied a clear coat – making sure to add an extra coat to the tips of my nails. Applying the clear base coat, as directed by the package instructions, did seem to help with making the nail wraps last. I’m really hard on my nails and typically have chips in a day or two. The PETA X NCLA Limited Edition Nail Wraps lasted me for 4 days before I had any issues with them.

I also got SO many compliments on these wraps! Everyone loved them and so many people asked me where I got them!

After trying the PETA X NCLA Limited Edition Nail Wraps, I would definitely buy nail wraps from NCLA again. I really love all their unique designs and the quality is great. After trying their top coat, I would also love to try more shades of NCLA nail polish. Not only are their nail wraps vegan, but their polishes are also all vegan!
