One Outfit : Featuring Lightweight Scarves & How To Style

I don’t know about you guys, but, when I pick up a new item I become obsessed with all of the different possibilities that the item holds. When you can’t stop thinking of new outfit combinations for an item, that’s when you know it is well worth the cost. My latest purchase, a lightweight summer scarf, does just that for me. I’ve been on the lookout for some gladiator sandals lately. Here’s One Outfit : Featuring Lightweight Scarves that I would love to wear those two items in. For this outfit, I wanted to use the classic and summery color combination of Navy Blue and White. Start with a pair of dark wash jeans. I prefer skinny jeans, such as the Abercrombie & Fitch Erin Skinny Jeans in Dark Stretch.

Layers are a great way to add to an outfit while still keeping it simple. For this outfit, I’d wear two tanks, such as the Abercrombie & Fitch Allison Tank in Navy and White, underneath a white tee, such as the Abercrombie & Fitch Kendall Tee in White.

Next, I’d add the Abercrombie & Fitch Classic Scarf in Navy Plaid. In order to style it as pictured, lay the scarf out flat. Then fold two corners together, creating a triangle. Wrap around your neck, loosely tie the ends behind your neck, tuck remaining ends underneath the triangle, and fluff.

For footwear, I’d wear the Reptile Sandal from Forever 21 in Cream. I’ve been looking for some cute gladiator sandals that are also affordable. These are one of the best options that I found.

There are a few accessories that no outfit is complete without. Sunglasses, a handbag, and some form of jewelery. With this outfit, I’d pick the Horse Icon Aviator Sunglasses from Urban Outfitters in Sienna. A natural looking handbag always looks great with any casual outfit. My pick is the Distressed Faux Leather Satchel from Forever 21 in Brown. For jewelry, nothing goes better with any outfit than some bangles, such as the Assorted Bangle Set from Forever 21 in Silver.
