I was going to start searching for ways to take care of my nails because I recently stopped biting my nails and cuticles and have grown out my nails. You always have such good advice. I LOVE IT. I have always kept my nails short...never use a file...& I rarely use nail polish. But whenever I put lotion on my arms, legs etc. I also take the time to lather my hands in Aveeno. Strangely, I never used to wear gloves when I washed the dishes & my hands were always amazing, hehe. I take terrible care of my hands/nails…but strangely, they always look healthy. I am so terrible at filing, and also such a perfectionist, that I usually just go the salon, but I am trying to save money, and a mani/pedi is $30 minimum before a tip.
