Miley Cyrus at Oscars 2009
At the 2009 Oscar Awards, Miley Cyrus wore an embellished tiered gown. Never one to shy away from the camera, Miley Cyrus was sure to be noticed in this incredibly detailed gown. My favorite part is the back of the dress, which is quite conservative compared to her usual style. The details remind me a bit of the dress worn by Taylor Swift to Clive Davis’ Grammys 2009 Party.

that is *almost* a really OTT dress in my opinion, but its just balanced out enough to be ok!
