At the 2009 Oscar Awards, Marion Cotillard arrived in a Haute Couture Dior gown and shoes. My favorite part about the dress was that the embellishment was only on the top half. This kept it from being too overwhelming, which is a look that Miley Cyrus verged on with her embellished gown.
