With the Marc Jacobs Spring 2010 Ready to Wear Collection, Jacobs gave his spring fashions a completely different twist than most. His take on his collection? “It’s not such an individual expression. If last season was a trip back in time to the eighties, this was a trip to the theater, the ballet, the opera.” His statement couldn’t have been more true.
