When I first received this product, I was a bit skeptical. I’ve previously used L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara and was very unimpressed with the results. The ball shaped wand was tricky to get used to at first and I ended up with a lot of major clumps after one coat. But, practice makes perfect and after a few applications I got the technique down and now rarely get clumps in the mascara. Overall, I’m not overly impressed by this mascara but am also not disappointed. I liked that it did give length to my lashes and that the length looked natural. Since it claims to give you a lot of length, it can be said that it holds true to it’s claim. It also made applying mascara to my bottom lashes and lashes on the inner corners of my eyes a lot easier. I didn’t like that application was tricky if you wanted to apply more than one coat. Applying more than one coat just seems to cause clumps on my lashes. It doesn’t add much in the way of volume but it’s a great mascara to apply to the tips of your lashes for extra length after applying a volumzing mascara.

In the end, I can see both positives and negatives to L’Oreal Telescopic Explosion Mascara. If you are looking for a mascara that gives you natural looking length, then this is a great pick for you. However, if you want something that gives you volume in addition to length, you might want to try a different mascara.
