Kim Kardashian : Flawless Nude Makeup For Fall
I previously posted about how much I loved the outfit worn by Kim Kardashian at the Verizon party for the release of the new Blackberry phone. I also loved the nude makeup that she was wearing at the event. Nude makeup is always a great look, especially going into fall. Kim Kardashian pulls it off by looking not only stunning, flawless, and put together but making it appear like her skin is naturally that gorgeous and glowing. To achieve a look as gorgeous as Kim Kardashian’s, you only need a few products. Start with a great tinted moisturizer or foundation of your choice and cover dark circles and blemishes with concealer. You can either mix in some luminizer with your tinted moisturizer/foundation or you can dot it on the areas you would like to highlight after. Benefit High Beam is a great luminizer and I’d recommend applying it to your cheek bones and brow bones. Define your cheek bones while adding a bit of a flush and a bronze glow with NARS Blush/Bronzer Duo in Orgasm/ Laguna. Apply the blush to the apples of your cheeks. Apply the bronzer to the hollows of your cheeks as well as places the sun naturally hits first – your brow bones, nose, and collar bones.
Using a pre-coordinated eye colour palette can take the guess work out of contouring. The Laura Mercier Eye Colour Trio Eyeshadow in Midnight Sun is perfect for this look. Use a high quality liner, such as Tarte EmphasEYES High Definition Eye Pencil in Black, to draw a thin line close to your lash line. Apply several coats of black mascara, such as Dior Diorshow Mascara in Black, or apply false lashes. To complete the look, use a rosey-nude shade of gloss.
