Juicy Couture Spring 2009 Collection

One line whose spring collections I always look forward to is Juicy Couture. With it’s use of bright colors, feminine cuts, and all things girly, Juicy Couture and spring fashion always seem to go perfectly together. The Juicy Couture Spring 2009 Collection is no exception. This post features my six favorite looks from the collection as well as my three favorite footwear and handbag styles. View the entire Juicy Couture Spring 2009 collection online.

Being someone who lives in jeans, I always love to see the new jackets and detailed tops that Juicy releases. From left to right are the Embroidered Silk Blouse paired with Kate Bristol Cropped Jeans, the Polka-Dot Cropped Trench paired with the Flutter-Sleeve Jersey Top and Kate Venice Jeans, and the Shrunken Blazer paired with the Puffed-Sleeve Cardigan and Kate Skinny Jeans.

When it comes to footwear, Juicy tapped in on three major trends. Detailed flats, like the Ribbon Ballerina, wedges, like the Miranda Crocheted Espadrille, and the return of gladiator sandals, like Jackie Braided Gladiator.

While floral prints come back spring after spring, Juicy adds their own retro twist to the girly print. The 70′s colors of the Ruffled Floral-Print Dress made it a great casual dress for going out shopping. The Sprinkle-Print Terry Hoodie paired with the Sprinkle-Print Terry Shorts is admittedly not a floral print. Just way too cute to not include. It’s perfect for the warm days when you just don’t want to put the effort into getting ready, but still want to look cute. The Strawberry-Print Silk Dress is feels very 50′s housewife in every good aspect of that term.

While handbags still remain on the excessive side of largely sized, Satchel Handbags are going to be very trendy this spring. They combine the space of an oversized handbag with the easy carrying of a smaller handbag. The Plaid Crossbody Bag is a great option for those who want something a bit less girly. The Tasseled Leather Bowler is great for your everyday go-to bag. The Beach Tote & Towel is perfect for days spent at the beach or at the pool.

  1. I love JC jewellery, not so much the clothes though.

  2. I love Juicy. We have a store here in Helsinki that sells Juicy Couture, but I never have the money. I’ve been craving for a Juicy bag for ages!

  3. I must say, I’m really loving Juicy again. They lost me for a moment, but I’m back. Great post!

  4. Mmm, was just thinking that I need some Juicy in my life this year. I am a bargain shopper to the max but I’d like to add some choice spendier pieces to my wardrobe. Stuff that I know won’t fall apart or fade after a few washes ;p

  5. I would never have my Juicy purse by the pool! Eeps. But I do love most of the new collection. I sometimes forget they do more than bags, shoes and tracksuits.

  6. Hi. Great post. May I ask a question? The Miranda shoes here is from 2009 year collection? I sow this shoes yesterday in the shop (and they really cute), but I am not sure is it new model. May be you can help me. It is very important for me. Thank you!!!!!
