Fragrance Favorites
I saw a post that Tosha recently did about her favorite fragrances. Inspired by her post, I decided to create my own.
Curious by Britney Spears : This is my signature fragrance. I just love how the stuff smells. Both on the bottle, and on myself. It’s floral and girly without being overpowering. The top fragrance notes are magnolia and vanilla infused musk. I also love how the bottle looks. Pick it up at britneyspearsbeauty.com and elizabetharden.com.
Pink by Victoria’s Secret : This was my signature scent, until I discovered Curious that is. It’s also a really light floral scent. The top fragrance notes are bergamot, mandarin, green leaves, violet leaves, artemesia (armoise), and juniper berry. Pick it up at victoriassecret.com.
Juicy Couture by Juicy Couture : This has to be one of the few perfumes that can combine such a wide variety of fragrance notes and come out smelling amazing. The incredibly pretty box, bottle, and charm necklace included in the packaging also help. The top fragrance notes are watermelon, mandarin, créme brulée, vanilla, patchouli, pink passion fruit, marigold, and green apple. Pick it up at juicycouture.com and sephora.com.
L from L.A.M.B. By Gwen Stefani : I just love how this stuff smells. It’s extremely feminine and classic. The top fragrance notes are fresh green notes, water hyacinth, white freesia, fresh pear, violet leaves, jasmine petals, rose, muget, sweet pea, orange blossom, heliotrope flower, sensual musk, frangipani blossom, and peach skin. I loooooooooooooooove Pink; it’s my signature scent. I also really like Estee Lauder Pleasure (I forget which one – one of the originals I got a couple years ago), but it’s pretty heavy so I don’t use it very often.
I’ve never smelled the Estee Lauder one. I’ll have to try to find it sometime and check it out.

I’m a definite vanilla/gourmand girl, though I have loved almost all VS scents… Body By Victoria was my signature for awhile when it first came out.

Oh my god, I cannot STAND the final layer of the juicy perfume. smells AMAZING until it dries and all i can smell is pitchouli! yuck!
the new mens juicy that’s coming out is DIVINE though.
See, when I went through my hippie stage in high school, I wore patchouli oil every day. I’m still partial to patchouli incense around the house. Oooh, you would have hated me! Lol.
I didn’t know that they are coming out with a mens! I’m excited to smell it!
I’ve smelled Curious and I have Juicy and I like them both. Although, Curious is probably my least fav scent of Brits. I like more sweeter scents that smell like cotton candy. I remember Curious having like a crisp clean scent.
Curious does have a crisper scent than the others. The others are just too cake like for me. Lol. But, they do smell good. Just not on me.
I love Curious as well. Fantasy is my signature scent but I wear Curious more so at night than during the day.
Curious is just a great scent all around. It’s not too anything.
i love love love juicy couture. my mom works at dillards which carries it now, so she gets me everything juicy related. bubble bath,candles,lotions,etc. i have it all.
too bad i switched perfumes :
i mostly wear classic marc jacobs now. and his daisy, as well.

Marc Jacobs stuff always smells good too! I love the bottles for Daisy!
I was actually doing some fragrance research a couple weeks ago and based on the notes I know I like, the Juicy eau I would probably like as well. I’ve never smelled it.
You’ve never smelled it?! Try it out the next time you are at Sephora. It is, I admit, a bit strong, so one spray will last all day. But, it smells so good.

I’ve never smelled either of those. Though I’ve repeatedly heard good things about both.

I wear Pink constantly. Others I wear are Clinique Happy, Clinique Happy Heart, Clinique Happy To Be, and Paris Hilton for Women.
