Eva Longoria Parker on Glamour Magazine

For her makeup, start with clean, moisturized skin, then prep your face with a brightening primer. One that I love is That Gal – Brightening Face Foundation Primer by Benefit Cosmetics. Apply concealer to any needed areas, such as under your eyes or around your nose. Next, use a tinted foundation where needed. It will help smooth out your skin tone without making your skin look too matte and foundation-like. For your eyes, which are the feature Eva always brights attention to, use a black eyeliner and black mascara.
