Estée Lauder Double Wear ShadowCreme Review

I have to admit that when I first received two shades of Estée Lauder Double Wear ShadowCreme, I was skeptical about them. I’ve tried several cream shadows before (mostly drugstore brands) and was always disappointed with the results. Other than one by Benefit, they have all caked, faded, and just not worn well at all. The two shades of Estée Lauder Double Wear ShadowCreme that I received to try are Antique Gold (pictured above on left) and Vintage Violet (pictured above on the right). I was excited about the two shades that I received because my everyday shadow look is a bronze smokey eye, which the gold would work perfectly with, and I sometimes add a touch of purple to help my green eyes stand out.
I’ve been using both shades for about a month now and I can honestly say that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They go on sheer, which lets you apply as little or as much of each shade as you like. They don’t cake, crease, or fade either. I have even been using Antique Gold as a shadow primer for my powder shadows and have been loving its results as a primer too. I love multi-tasking products because they save you money and help eliminate clutter.
Have you tried Estée Lauder Double Wear ShadowCreme before? What were your thoughts? You can pick Estée Lauder Double Wear ShadowCreme up online or in department stores.
