Cover FX Contour Kit Review

Pros: Very creamy formula. Easy to blend. Versatile shade range. Great for use on dry skin. Paraben-free. Sulfate-free. Phthalates-free. Cruelty free brand. Vegan formula.

Cons: Picking the right palette can be a little difficult because there are so many to choose from. May not work so well on oily skin without the right setting powder.

Cover FX Contour Kit Review

The Verdict: Picking my shade was a bit tricky as I have never used Cover FX foundations and have not been shade matched with their line before. If you know what shade you are in Cover FX foundations, they have a guide to help you pick the correct shade. I purchased two kits – Light/Medium Neutral and Medium Neutral. The formula of these products is so creamy and easy to use. It’s easy to mix the shades to create your own custom color. They blend out extremely well. You are meant to use the Cover FX double-ended contour brush with this kit, but I use either a beautyblender or the Sigma F64 Soft Blend Concealer brush. I have used the Cover FX Contour Kit with so many different primers, foundations and powders. It works well with all of them.

Since I purchased the Cover FX Contour Kit, I have been using it nearly every day. I even included it in my list of the best cruelty free contour kits!
