Beauty Trend : Nude Lipstick for Spring

One hot beauty trend this spring is Nude Lipstick. While all the beauty experts out there predicted that bright and vibrant shades would be all the rage, I don’t think that anyone expected such a natural trend to become so popular. It was seen all over the runways and is now appearing on many celebrities, such as Sophia Bush, Mary-Kate Olsen, and Leighton Meester.
What makes Nude Lipstick so great? The fact that it’s an ultra flattering look for everyone, no matter what your personal style and no matter what make up look you are going for that day. Though I think it looks best with a smokey eye done in either black, like Sophia, or bronze, like Mary-Kate and Leighton. It adds an extra bit of polish to your look without being overdone. Plus, it’s available at all price ranges. For some of us, lipstick is worth spending money on. For others, it’s something that will only be worn a handful of times and it’s best to go the budget route. Either way, you’re sure to find a shade that fits you.

For those that want to spend some extra cash on a great makeup staple, I picked my five favorite shades of Nude Lipstick that are priced at $15.00 and up. From left to right : 1. Laura Geller Lipstick – $15.50 2. Bare Escentuals bareMinerals 100% Natural Lipcolor – $15.00 3. Benefit Full Finish Lipstick – $18.00 4. Lorac Cream Lipstick – $19.00 5. For those who are on a budget or just want to spend less, I picked my five favorite shades of Nude Lipstick that are priced at under $15.00. From left to right : 1.
