Product Reviews : Benefit Some Kind-A Gorgeous
While we all want a flawless looking face, everyone has a different take on foundation. While some consider it an cosmetic item that they could not live without, others are happy to skip it all together. With so many formulas out there it can be hard to get the coverage that you want while keeping it natural looking. Now, thanks to Benefit Some Kind-A Gorgeous, both types will be happy.
I first tried Some Kind-A Gorgeous at the cosmetics counter (as mentioned in the post Wishlist : Benefit Cosmetics) and was immediately impressed, but completely convinced that the product was worth the price tag. After going into Sephora to pick up some Boi-ing Concealer, I again stopped to test out the product. After finding the Benefit Cosmetics The Fast And The Flawless Kit (a Sephora exclusive), I decided to give it a go. The formula is an incredibly smooth cream-to-powder foundation. The funky compact comes with two compartments, one for the cream and one for the applicator sponge, and a decent sized mirror for touch-up applications. You can use the contained applicator sponge, your fingers, or a foundation brush to apply Some Kind-A Gorgeous to your skin. It’s extremely light, blends easily, provides great coverage, and is long lasting. It’s cream formula is also thick enough to double as a light weight concealer in a pinch. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days and am already converted. After using Some Kind-A Gorgeous, I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to go back to my former liquid foundation. Benefit Some Kind-A Gorgeous is exactly what it describes itself as, an amazing foundation faker.

I love this stuff so much! The only problem I have is I’m a pale ass and it’s actually a little darker then my skin tone. I need a tan!
